Born in Hawaii, raised in Japan, and now rooted in the DMV. My world has always revolved around creativity and culture. I started out in graphic design, but over time, my passion shifted toward food — where storytelling, art, and flavor all come together.

 

What began as family-run edible arrangements grew into a full-on culinary journey. Now, I cook to share my roots — blending Filipino, Japanese, and Hawaiian flavors with global influences, from Latin America to Europe and beyond.

 

I’m also a huge anime and pop culture fan, and I love bringing those worlds to life through food — whether it’s reimagining iconic dishes from shows or creating plates inspired by characters and stories I love.
